๐๐ผ wear mild compression socks through the flight or a strong compression 1 hr before arrival ( & all the time that day) till the time you go to bed .
๐๐ผ Once landed at your final destination: Keep meal timings as per your routine. (even if you are bit hungry wait till your usual lunch / dinner time to feed your body and brain. )
๐๐ผ Sleep at your usual night time ( even if you are drowsy / avoid caffeine ) and try to move often to stay awake, a walk in sun works well to keep you on toes till night bedtime.
