We introduced online coaching in 2018 for Weight loss, Running, Biking and Triathlon coaching.
It includes structured cardio and strength / rehab protocols as per clients need which can be done anywhere in this world.
Its a great way to stay hooked to your fitness goals at your own comfortable time and place.
You just need a Garmin watch to connect to a coach via internet and you will receive weekly planned workouts to be done directly to your watch. Strength and rehab protocols are very specific and come with photos or videos which makes it understandable and easy to follow.
On completion of your activity your coach will receive the data from your workout and can monitor your progress via internet and make changes to the planned workouts as you progress.
There are four options to go for Online Coaching; Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly or Race specific.
