This is a Low to Moderate level class focusing on body alignment and corrective exercises for better posture.

Our focus will be at mobilising tight joints & strengthening of specific muscle groups responsible for optimal day to day human movement. 

This is a great class for beginners, injury prevention, active recovery, older adults, people working from home during lockdown & rehab (via improved posture and biomechanics).

 

Equipments : Mat / Theraband or any sort of elastic resistance ( not mandatory)

This is an all level fitness class using functional moves for strength and cardiovascular conditioning.

 

Exercises which can be performed with just bodyweight or with added load in form of dumbbells / weighted bag for resistance. We will be providing cues for optimal body alignment and movement options for different fitness levels. 

Equipments : Mat, Weighted Bag / Dumbbells / Kettlebells, Bench / Stepper / Stool.
